  Love Dr Ponhos and Dr Cohen-Jones, but the front desk staff are often quite rude and blunt when it is totally unnecessary. Some kindness and empathy is greatly needed; I would hate to be someone in desperate need of help as they seem completely unable to do so.

  Trigger warning: miscarriage. I don’t recommend coming here at all. I met with Dr Cohen-Jones in August 2020 after finding out I was pregnant. She misdiagnosed me with a miscarriage. Luckily, she was wrong. After sending feedback to the medical practice about my experience, I was never contacted to follow-up regarding my terrible experience which is why I decided to write a public review. Beware of this doctor and clinic. Very unprofessional!

  Impossible to get through via phone and expect at least a 10min wait. Tried to move appointment and received a $50 cancellation fee. Will not be returning. Maybe I should charge a fee every time the doctor is late!

  I cannot say enough good things about Cottesloe medical centre as a whole as a long standing patient of this practise. The ladies at reception cannot help enough and my personal doctor Ben Jarvis is very empathetic and switched on. But I wanted to say being overseas currently and experiencing some sim issues, Libby at front reception was so helpful, patient and understanding. This has been my experience with Libby consistently when I was residing in Perth too. Thank you Libby for your patience and perseverance in getting me through to my appointment with Ben. Amazing and I feel reassured now.

  I have been looking for a female GP for a little while since moving to Perth and I have finally found one - Dr Deb Cohen-Jones! She is incredible.
  
  I left my appointment feeling heard, satisfied and taken care of. I feel she not only connected to me as a Doctor but as a friend. I felt comfortable enough to speak with her and left the appointment with a health plan moving forward.
  
  I would 100/10 recommend Dr Deb!!
